This page explains how TapatBahay.com uses cookies and similar browser storage. Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser.

What we use today

Essential storage (always on)

• Favorites. When you save a property as a favorite, the list is stored in your browser's local storage on your device. It is not sent to us, and it is used only to show your saved properties.
• Security and delivery. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may set or read strictly necessary technical data to deliver pages securely and protect the Site from abuse.
• Admin login (staff only). When the admin dashboard launches, authorized admin and staff users will receive login session cookies. Regular visitors do not get these.

Analytics cookies: none at the moment.
As of the date above, we do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) or other tracking cookies. Our Facebook and Messenger buttons are plain links. No Facebook script runs until you click and leave our Site.

Third-party content

• Maps. OpenStreetMap map images load directly from the map tile server. That server receives your IP address, as with any web request. We do not set map cookies.
• Booking calendar. If you open our booking calendar, our scheduling provider (HighLevel) may set cookies needed for the booking to work, under its own policy.

If we add analytics later

If we start using analytics to understand which pages are useful, we will update this policy first. Where consent is required, we will ask for it with a banner before setting any non-essential cookie. You will be able to say no.

How to control cookies and storage

• Clear favorites and cookies. Use your browser's settings ("Clear browsing data" or "Site data") to delete cookies and local storage for tapatbahay.highlevelbuilderslab.com. This will remove your favorites list.
• Block cookies. Most browsers let you block all or third-party cookies. Blocking essential storage may stop features like favorites or the booking calendar from working.
• Private browsing. Favorites saved in a private window are deleted when you close it.
