Privacy policy

Who this policy is for

TapatBahay is the website of Vincent, a licensed real estate broker. For inquiries you send here, the broker is the personal information controller. This policy is written for the preview of the site and should be read by counsel before the site is used for live transactions. It follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012, Republic Act 10173.

What this preview stores

Favorites are stored only in your browser, under a local storage key on this device. They are not sent to a server in this phase. If you clear the site data, the list is gone.

The inquiry form sends your name, email, Philippine mobile number, message, the project and unit you asked about, how you prefer to be contacted, buyer type, the page address, the language of the page, and your consent to the broker’s customer system (GoHighLevel) so Vincent can reply. Booking calendars are embedded from the broker’s scheduling provider. If you complete a booking there, that provider receives what you type into the calendar.

What a later phase will collect

GoHighLevel already receives the inquiry described above. A copy in the broker’s own database (Supabase) is still planned and is not turned on. Japanese-language inquiries are tagged so they reach the broker first.

A developer is told about your inquiry only when that is needed to answer it, for example to check a unit’s availability.

Why the information is used

The purpose is to answer you, schedule a site visit or an online presentation, and present a project you asked about. It is not used to build an advertising audience in this version of the site. There is no sale of personal information.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may be informed, object, access, correct, erase, or block personal information, and you may complain and claim damages where the law allows. To exercise a right, call the broker on the number in the footer and say which right you are using. You may also go to the National Privacy Commission.

How long it is kept

Favorites stay until you remove them or clear the browser. When inquiries are actually stored, they will be kept only as long as the broker needs them to finish the conversation, meet a legal duty, or resolve a dispute, and then deleted or de-identified.

Contact

Call the broker on the phone number published in the footer of every page. That number is the single contact for privacy requests on this site. Email may be added when the inbox is monitored. This policy was last updated on 25 October 2026.
